A great opportunity to join our Bar & Restaurant team at The Horseshoes country pub in Silk Willoughby near Sleaford.

Role available: Bar Staff

Responsibilities include:

– Preparing and serving drinks at the bar
– Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
– Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Assist in restocking bar inventory
– Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
– Handle cash transactions accurately
– Setting up, waiting on and clearing of tables with food
– Work with the restaurant team to provide excellent customer service

Experience would be great but is not strictly necessary as full training will be given but an eagerness to learn and an ability to pick up skills quickly is essential.

Due to the nature of the role and level of responsibility applicants should be over 21 years of age. Hours will be a minimum of 20-25 per week and possibly more some weeks to provide cover as necessary and will be spread over weekdays, weekends and evenings.

There is free on-site parking, a free staff meal when working a full-time shift and a share of tips.

Wages exceed National Minimum Wage.
