Hello everybody, we hope you have had a Happy Easter. As I write this, it’s 6th April, so 6 days until pubs are allowed to open with outside service only (12th April 2021). We, as you probably know, are not opening until the 17th May at Midday, when pubs are allowed service inside as well as outside.
This is a massively important time for the hospitality industry and whilst we are not opening on 12th April, we send our best wishes to all establishments nationwide that are. Apparently, it is estimated that about 40% of pubs will open at this time. The Horseshoes bar will open 7 days a week, 12 midday to 11pm. Tables for drinks can be booked, some customers have already been in touch.. Food will be served Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays from midday with last orders at 8pm. In time the kitchen will be open 6 days a week. All COVID-19 procedures will still be in place. The government is now talking about trialing jab passports, how this pans out is anyone’s guess.
Whilst the COVID-19 situation in this country is much improved still our priority is the safety of our customers and staff. We look forward to seeing everyone sometime in the future. The next Landlord’s note will be around 1st May.
