Kitchen Assistant required to work in our busy country pub kitchen in Silk Willoughby.

The Horseshoes is situated around 2 miles outside of Sleaford so your own transport would be desirable and there is free on-site parking.

Experience is preferred but not required as full training will be provided to get you up to speed preparing and cooking dishes from our menu and assisting with daily food prep and cooking during service.

Currently our kitchen is open Tuesday 12-3pm and Wednesday to Saturday 12-8pm and Sunday 12-4pm and working hours will reflect this.

This role is available for an immediate start. Hours and wages will be agreed at interview depending on experience but will exceed National Minimum Wage and will include a share of tips. A staff meal is included during a full-time shift.

We’re looking for a team player, 18+, who works well under pressure.
